AI Sales Agent for Corporate Wellness
Built a full AI-powered sales agent for corporate wellness. A Claude Code plugin orchestrates HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Slack, and Gmail daily. Pipeline Lobster โ the lead-to-proposal automation inside it โ ๐ won the Sales Molty at the Antler VC / Moltathon ATX 2026 Hackathon.
What It Is
Swift Fit Sales Agent is an AI-powered sales operations system I built from scratch for Swift Fit Events, running on top of my personal OpenClaw agent infrastructure. Three connected parts:
- โPart 1 โ Pipeline Lobster: lead signal โ deployed, interactive proposal in 13 seconds. ๐ Moltathon winner.
- โPart 2 โ Custom Proposal Builder: React/TS client-facing app that replaces the static PDF
- โPart 3 โ Claude Code Plugin: the daily sales workflow the team actually runs
Part 1 โ Pipeline Lobster
The lead-to-proposal automation. ๐ Won the Sales Molty at the Antler VC / Moltathon ATX 2026 Hackathon. Built solo in ~6 hours.

Architecture
- โLead intelligence: Linkt AI API โ entity search + enrichment (industry, HQ, employees, revenue, contacts)
- โPricing engine: CSV-driven 146-SKU catalog mapping group size + event type to recommended activations
- โProposal generator: Handlebars HTML with inline CSS/JS โ live recalculation
- โDeployment: Vercel CLI deploying each proposal to its own URL (e.g. base-power.vercel.app)
- โNotifications: Telegram Bot API with full pricing breakdown in chat
The Hardest Parts
- โInteractive pricing โ client-side JS recalculating totals across 3 tiers with dynamic unit text (per-person / per-hour / flat) as quantities change
- โTelegram message encoding โ multi-byte emoji characters broke HTTP Content-Length until I switched from string.length to Buffer.byteLength
- โLogo reliability โ migrated from logo.dev (expired token) to Google Favicon V2 API for 100% uptime
Part 2 โ Custom Proposal Builder
A client-facing, interactive proposal tool. Prospects used to get a static PDF they'd skim once and forget. Now they get a live web app โ adjust the headcount, toggle optional activations, explore bundles, and see pricing recalculate in real time.
